‘SibWoodExpo’ exhibition is over.
The closing ceremony of ‘SibWoodExpo’ 2021 was held at the theatre and concert centre ‘Bratsk-ART’. At the ceremony Mayor of Bratsk city Sergey Serebrennikov awarded participants of the exhibition with diplomas. Mr. Serebrennikov greeted participants and visitors:
This exhibition is important for Bratsk entrepreneurs, because our companies reach new level of work and technological equipment. They will have an opportunity to supply new products, update technological equipment, get acquainted with new approaches, and most importantly - to conduct reforestation work. Next year we will work for the promotion of the exhibition and its effectiveness.
On the opening ceremony day there were ‘Strategic session on ecology and forest management’ and ‘Forest management in frontier forests in accordance with national standard FSC’. On September 9 everyone could participate in the round table ‘Integrated forest development. Implementation of investment projects in the field of forest development’. Minister of forestry of the region Vladimir Chitorkin answered questions from representatives of timber industry companies.
28th ‘SibWoodExpo’ exhibition became an important part of solving forestry industry issues not only for region, but also for the whole country. It is possible due to the agreements between Russian and foreign partners. Participants could develop interesting projects, plan new meetings, exchange experience and also find novelties of equipment.
